Cleaning Referral Program 

 

Running Beginning of April - End of December

 

Join our new program and work your way up the ladder to get amazing discounts on cleaning services and even free cleaning when you hit certain milestones. 

 

Your points will be shown on your monthly invoice so that you can track your progress

Commercial Clients - 

 

Gain 150 points and get 8% off your cleans for the next 1 month starting in 2025.

3% for the next 2 months starting this year when you ask. 

 

Gain 500 points and get 10% off your cleans for the next 2 months starting in 2025.

5% for the next 2 months starting this year when you ask. 

 

Gain 900 points and get 13% off your cleans for the next 3 months starting in 2025.

8% for the next 3 months starting this year when you ask. 

 

Gain 1800 points and get 20% off your cleans for the next 4 months starting in 2025.

13% for the next 4 months starting this year when you ask. 

 

Gain 3,500 points and get 25% off your cleans for the next 5 months starting in 2025.

18% for the next 4 months starting this year when you ask. 


Gain 8,500 points and get 35% off your cleans for the next 6 months starting in 2025.

20% for the next 5 months starting this year when you ask. 


Gain 25,000 points and get 50-100% off your cleans for next year starting in 2025.

Your Home Referral Point System - 

 

Every time your home is cleaned it gains - 2-10 points depending on home rate and times a month.

 

Cardboard removal gains - 10 - 35 points

 

Confidential shredding - 10 - 35 points

 

Any deep cleans for your home gain - 10 - 50 points

 

Carpets/tiles Steam Cleaned - 25 - 1,500 points

​

Driveway pressure washed - 25 - 1,500 points

 

Removal/office assistance - 50 - 1,500 points

 

Organise and decluttering - 75 - 2,500 points

 

Donating clothes, and equipment gains - 5 - 10,000 points

 

Other point systems are to be added.

 

Referral Points System -

 

Home Standard Clean - 50 points

 

Deep clean for home - 65-100 points

 

Commercial office once or twice a week cleaning contract - 600 points

 

Restaurant/bar/gym 3-5 days a week or more cleaning contract - 1,000 points

 

Commercial office 5 times a week or more cleaning contract - 1,500 points 

 

Large Commercial Office 5 times a week or more cleaning contract - 1,500 - 4,500 points

 

Restaurant/bar/gym 5 days a week or more cleaning contract - 1,500-4,500 points

 

Very Large Commercial Office 5 times a week or more cleaning contract, see rules on what qualifies for this. (must last at least 6 months) 10,000 points.

 

When you refer someone or a commercial client both you and the new individual/commercial client will receive a points benefit from it. This does not mean the referred will obtain the same amount of points as you.

 

Rules - 

  1. The promotion will run from April 2024 to 31st December 2024. Any commercial clients that reach the 5,000+ milestone will have their account reviewed at the end of the year and a partial amount can be carried to the following year, The same will apply to new users who obtain a significant amount of points later in the year. 

  2. Points will be updated and shown on invoices for each client at the end of every month when invoices are issued.

  3. Any gains made from secondary points, and discounts can be used in the following year (2025), however, points will reset to zero after December 31st 2024. 

  4. Any large contract points will be added after the 3-month concludes with the new contract. (if the contract is lost due to our error then you will still receive the points) 

  5. The very large commercial office contract must be 10,000 sqft or bigger. Points will be added after the 6 months concludes with the new contract. (if the contract is lost due to our error then you will still receive the points) If the contract has been received later in the year, it will be carried forward until the 6 month period has concluded.

  6. We must win each office/commercial contract and the clients must retain us for at least 3 months for it to qualify for points for you. (if the contract is lost due to our error then you will still receive the points) This is for small to large commercial contracts.

  7. Any big commercial contracts will be monitored and points could be subject to change depending on the size of the premise, and what is required if anything changes, for example, if a client asks for more cleaning or gets a bigger premise we would give out more points, reverse would apply if the opposite. If commercial clients were to let us go due to their internal issues before the recommended 3 months are over, then the points to be gained by the referrer will be adjusted.

  8. Points vary due to hours, size, and deep cleaning, steam cleaning for example. Points will be allocated appropriately once we have the job completed.

  9. Points from the donating and equipment gains will be offered once true value or estimation has been gained. This will take longer to access points.

  10. You will be notified when any milestone is hit, and any secondary rewards notification will be sent out. You can issue secondary rewards any month after qualifying. Points will continue to add on until the end of December 2024.

  11. If you are unable to use your points system or any secondary rewards, you will be notified in 2025 after we have had time to review this and offer an appropriate option to make up for your missed rewards. 

  12. Discounts on services obtained will only be for the services the client has used throughout obtaining the points. Special prices will be offered if a client asks for any services not offered through their year obtaining the points.

  13. Any questions about the points system or if you believe you have been given too little/too much please contact us.

  14. Commercial clients may promote or take business cards, and every time we are referred their points will be added on. (each new client will be asked if they were referred so make sure to tell them if you have sent them)

  15. Any large to very large commercial client that ends up meeting our final step will be given a unique offer which is suitable for both us and them. Offering 100% free services would only happen in very exceptional circumstances. Please follow up with us if this comes under you. (this includes, educational, restaurants, bars, and leisure premises). The majority of office clients will qualify for the 100% free yearly clean.

  16. Please note that you hit the top milestone for commercial clients whose premise or cleaning ranges from 5 days or more. For the year 2025, all cleaning rates will be at £12 per hour (depending on Living Wage Scotland), any admin fee will be waived for the year, we will deal with all cleaning chemicals and equipment with no extra costs from you, sanitary bins and waste if we deal with this will be waived, and any deep cleaning which is normally scheduled will only be at the base rate (living Wage Scotland). 

  17. We will be working all year round on the milestones with you to make any adjustments and make an easier and more accessible method for you to view the milestones and what your target is next.
